Pedro Carmo stars in the TV series “Sempre”, about the 1974 Portuguese Revolution - 25 de Abril.

The TV show, directed by Manel Pureza and produced by Coyote Vadio, is airing on RTP every Friday and streaming on Prime Video.

Pedro Carmo back to the screens in Portugal

Pedro Carmo starred in A Filha, a TV Show, in which he played a lawyer working on a mediatic adoption case.

The TVI’s production is part of the TV channel’s new bet on new fiction formats. The miniseries is a Maria & Mayer production, with project direction by António Borges Correia and support from ICA.

Carmo also starred in O Clube for OPTO, SIC’s streaming platform. The television series explores the mystery and crime genres and follows the night of a famous club.

"Of Another Place" screening in NYC

“Of Another Place” (De Outro Sítio) by Pedro Carmo and Pedro Marnoto will be screening at the CR7 Pestana Hotel in New York City, on Friday April 26th at 6.30 PM.

The screening is part of a PAPSocial event, which also includes the film “Voices in the Fog” directed by Pedro Marnoto.

Pedro Carmo starring in "A Nossa Vida", a play by Mickael de Oliveira

Pedro Carmo is starring in A Nossa Vida at the TAGV in Coimbra, on Saturday, November 25. The play is written and directed by Mickael de Oliveira.

Carmo also performed this show in Viseu at the beginning of the month.

A Nossa Vida is the second episode of the diptych Episodes of Wildlife, from Colectivo 84, in which a government discusses two proposals for the future of the city.

Between War and Exodus, both options seem to entail high human and moral costs.

EL COMANCHERO or [The Path to the Kingdom of Heaven] opening Friday

Presented by Saudade Theatre & FRIGID New York, El Comanchero or [The Path to the Kingdom of Heaven] is co-directed by Pedro Carmo and Pedro Marnoto, and is opening this Friday at The Kraine Theatre in New York City’s East Village.

Two actors, estranged old friends, are cast together in a production of Eugene O’Neill’s “Long Day’s Journey into Night”. Backstage, as they prepare for opening night and the performance of a lifetime, the grievances of their shared past as immigrants in the United States steer them away from the job at hand, sending them on a manic search that may finally answer the burning question: did they survive the journey, or are they doomed to live forever as liminal beings, stuck somewhere between dream and reality?

Performances will run from April 15 through Sunday, May 1, 2022.

"The Flying Shoelace" screening in Los Angeles

The Flying Shoelace, the most recent short film directed by Pedro Carmo and Pedro Marnoto was selected for the 2022 edition of the Los Angeles Children’s Film Festival (LAICFF).

After his parents fall asleep in the park, a boy befriends his father’s shoelace. The film was shot in New York right before the pandemic hit in 2020.

The festival is taking place until the end of May in Santa Monica, California.

Pedro Carmo Shoots "A Teia" In Portugal

Pedro Carmo is in Portugal shooting a thriller TV series, “A Teia”. He plays António, a man fighting for the love of his life in unsettling and mysterious circumstances!

The actor travelled from NY to Lisbon to be part of the TVI production.
